The real estate business in Costa Rica is growing fast.. Coldwell Banker Beach Properties is looking to expand our team.  We have the following opportunities available:


Real Estate Consultant

Work as an independent contractor with Coldwell Banker.

Responsibilities include:  Attracting buyers and sellers, managing buyer and seller relationships, promoting properties, negotiating and closing deals. Learn the Coldwell Banker Sales model and work within the Coldwell Banker Beach Properties transaction system.

Requirements: Legal to work in Costa Rica*. Some real estate experience helpful. Independent worker who is self motivated. Strong English language skills (written and oral).  Have a car and a laptop computer. 


Administrative Assistant

Full time position managing office administrative duties 

Responsibilities include: Answering phones and greeting guests, coordinating staff schedules, maintaining the office facility and supplies, dealing with vendors, managing files, organizing events, and supporting the office manager in accounting, marketing and transaction functions.

Requirements: Legal to work in Costa Rica*. Bilingual in English and Spanish, with good verbal and written skills. Good computer skills (experience with MS Office). Office experience or college degree. Must show good judgement, think independently, and have attention to details.
