Playa Brasilito
A small Tico town, soon to transform into a world-class resort town. Brasilito real estate offers ocean view lots, commercial lots, family homes and condos.
La Josefina
Beautiful countryside on the main road from Huacas to Tamarindo. The real estate in La Josefina provides a place of peace and quiet, yet it is close to all the shopping and services in Tamarindo.
Playa Conchal

Playa Danta
Right now the lovely white sand beaches of Playa Dante and those nearby are untouched. This is the home of the Las Catalinas project, where construction started in early 2010 on a walking beach side town. Playa Flamingo
Little San Francisco, but with sparkling white sandy beaches and much warmer weather. Real Estate in Flamingo includes existing family homes and condos, with just a few ocean view lots still available on the ridges above the white sand beach of Playa Flamingo.
Playa Grande
For Grande Surfing - this is one of the great surfing beaches in Costa Rica. Buying real estate in Playa Grande is for those looking to live near a protected beach with great surf.
Playa Penca
Pristine beaches and tropical breezes. There a only a handful of options for real estate in Playa Penca. It is a lucky family that buys property overlooking this gorgeous beach.
Playa Potrero

Playa Real

San Jose de Pinilla
