The center of town and a few restaurants are situated right on the gray sand beach. On the north end is a fun snorkeling spot and on the south end is a nice surf break. Brasilito is changing from the small, typical beach town to an upscale resort town as new resort communities are being planned, to include a championship golf course, hotels, shopping, restaurants, homes, condos and villas.
For now, real estate in Brasilito includes a few commercial lots along the main roads, single family homes and a few condos. Two of the nicest gated communities with lots for sale today are Catalina Cove and Mar Vista Estates.
