Great Neighorhood on the Way to Tamarindo
La Josefina is the name of the ranch (finca) that use to encompass this large area of land between Huacas and Villa Real, on the road to Tamarindo. It has some very nice existing residential neighborhoods, as well as a small village called La Garita. The expansive green valley and soft rolling hills are highlighted with beautiful shade trees and streams. This area offers beautiful country living that is only minutes to many popular beaches, and less than 15 minutes to the shopping and dinning in Tamarindo.
