“Tranquilo” - A tranquil residential town with calm surf

Potrero is a quiet residential town just north of Flamingo Beach. This long stretch of gray sand beach is great for long strolls along the shore, swimming and fishing from shore.

Modest homes and small condo complexes pepper the beach front. The hillside overlooking the beach includes some executive size homes with infinity pools and incredible views, as well as some new residential projects offering new home sites. There are a number of new projects in the area, offering condos, new home sites and pre-construction home sales. The neighborhood behind the beach is a well establised  residential area offering houses and new home sites.
