New Coldwell Banker Office Opens in the Gold Coast of Costa Rica and Celebrates With an Open House

Brasilito, Guanacaste,Costa Rica –May 28, 2007  —  A new Coldwell Banker real estate office has openedin Brasilito – Coldwell Banker Beach Properties of Costa Rica. This marks the 12^thColdwell Banker franchise to open in Costa Rica. The office is locatedin the heart of the Gold Coast and offers professional real estate services tothe North Pacific beach communities from Playa Grande to Playa Zapotal. Theowners, Terry & Pamela Wright, will celebrate the opening of their newoffice with an Open House on Saturday, June 2, from 2:00 pm to 5:00pm.

The Gold Coast of Costa Rica has been experiencing stronger growth in the pastfew years, as the international airport in Liberia brings in more visitors whocan now reach the area in under an hour. “We recognized a need for a ColdwellBanker office in this emerging area of the Gold Coast and felt Terry and Pamelawould be the perfect couple to head this office,” says Linda Gray, presidentand co-owner of the Coldwell Banker master franchise for Costa Rica, andPresident Emeritus of the Costa Rica Global Association of Realtors. “We aredelighted to have them here, not only because they are talented andprofessional people, but because they are also family.” Linda and Jim Gray arePamela’s parents and have owned and operated the Coldwell Banker office inPlayas del Coco for over 11 years.

“We’ve been planning this office for a number of years andthe guidance, training and support provided by my parents has just beentremendous,” says Pamela. Since Playas del Coco is just North of the area, thetwo offices are able to work together to provide clients with an expanded rangeof properties to consider, offering condos, homes, lots, fincas, anddevelopment projects from the Gold Coast up to the Papagayo.
