Brasilito, Guanacaste,Costa Rica -May 28, 2007  -  A new Coldwell Banker real estate office has openedin Brasilito - Coldwell Banker Beach Properties of Costa Rica. This marks the 12thColdwell Banker franchise to open in Costa Rica. The office is locatedin the heart of the Gold Coast and offers professional real estate services tothe North Pacific beach communities from Playa Grande to Playa Zapotal. Theowners, Terry & Pamela Wright, will celebrate the opening of their newoffice with an Open House on Saturday, June 2, from 2:00 pm to 5:00pm.

The Gold Coast of Costa Rica has been experiencing stronger growth in the pastfew years, as the international airport in Liberia brings in more visitors whocan now reach the area in under an hour.
